Januar Taxis ohne Fiskaltaxameter ausnahmslos beanstanden wird. In einem Schreiben vom 26. September wird das INSIKA-Verfahren empfohlen.<\/p>\n<p>Demnach m\u00fcssen \u201ealle im Taxameter erfassten steuerlich relevanten Einzeldaten vollst\u00e4ndig und unver\u00e4nderbar gespeichert und jederzeit verf\u00fcgbar, unverz\u00fcglich lesbar und maschinell auswertbar aufbewahrt werden. Die digitalen Einzelaufzeichnungs- und Aufbewahrungspflichten k\u00f6nnen durch den Einsatz von sogenannten Fiskaltaxametern gew\u00e4hrleistet werden. Nach dem gegenw\u00e4rtigen Stand ist hierf\u00fcr \u2013 neben anderen \u2013 insbesondere das INSIKA-Verfahren geeignet.\u201c<\/p>\n<p>Es bleibt nur noch wenig Zeit, denn Berlins Finanzverwaltung stellt unmissverst\u00e4ndlich klar, dass mit Ablauf des 31. Dezembers 2016 die \u00dcbergangsfrist des BMF-Schreibens vom 26. November 2010 endet und somit jedes Berliner Taxiunternehmen ab 1.
