Registration for Invoice-Based Rides with a Transport Voucher

Taxi ONE GmbH has been working closely with many health insurance providers for some time now, arranging rides for patients as invoice-based services. Until now, passengers were required to register with us in advance for these rides.

Starting July 1, 2026, we will further expand our collaboration with health insurance providers and also arrange rides at a fixed price without prior registration.

These rides are marked as “invoice-based rides with a transport voucher.” In addition to the pickup address and the passenger’s name, the orders also include the destination address.

Important Notes

Please note the following for these trips:

• The passenger usually requires assistance with pickup as well as getting in and out of the vehicle. Relevant instructions can be found in the orders.
• The passenger needs a transport voucher, which they must hand over to you for billing. The passenger is usually informed of this.
• Please be sure to compare the passenger’s name on the order with the name on the ticket to ensure that you are transporting the correct passenger and to avoid any mix-ups.
• Under no circumstances may you make changes to the transport voucher.
• The trip may only be made to the destination address specified in the order.

Important for billing

• For billing, we require the transport voucher and the trip receipt.
• Without the transport voucher, billing for the trip is not possible.

To arrange these trips, the appropriate vehicles and drivers must be activated. Therefore, we require registration of both the driver and the operator.
